Terms of sale

- Civyk AI Company, which runs RentHowMuch
- What you buy
- The founding plan of the RentHowMuch agent report: unlimited branded reports as a PDF or a link
- Delivery date
- The paid product is delivered by 26 Feb 2027
- Billing
- Billing of the founding plan starts on delivery, not before
- Refunds
- Every payment is refunded in full if the product is not delivered by 26 Feb 2027 or if the trial outcome is stop
Pre-commitment
Until online payment opens, you can sign a pre-commitment instead. It reserves the founding price; nothing is charged and you can withdraw it by email at any time before delivery.
Paying
Payment, when it opens, is taken on the payment provider's hosted page. Card details never reach RentHowMuch. The founding plan covers the first 3 months from delivery.
Cancelling
After delivery you can cancel at the end of any billing month. Every payment is refunded in full if the product is not delivered by 26 Feb 2027 or if the trial outcome is stop.
